Our Rental Policy
All tools and other equipment are used at the lessee's risk. General Rental of Tolland, LLC exercises precaution in keeping equipment in good condition. Conditions that prevent satisfactory operation of equipment do not relieve the lessee of his or her responsibility for rental charges. Lessee assumes all responsibility for equipment while out of possession of lesser and promises to return such equipment to General Rental of Tolland, LLC in as good condition as it was at the effective date of the lease, natural wear from a responsible use excepted.
Lessee shall be liable for any loss, theft, damage, or destruction of the leased property. All equipment lost or damaged beyond repair will be paid for by the lessee at the regular replacement price and all damaged equipment that may be repaired will be repaired by General Rental of Tolland, LLC on the return thereof. The cost for such repairs shall be paid by the lessee. Accrued rental charges cannot be applied against the purchase price or the cost of repairs of the damaged or lost equipment. All cartage charges must be borne by the lessee.
Scheduled rental rates begin when equipment leaves the store and continue until returned hereto. In the event, the lessee desires to extend the lease, notify General Rental of Tolland immediately to obtain approval for said extension.
